Transfer gel for Foil paper. Apply a thin layer and dry it under a lamp for at least 30 seconds (depending on the type of lamp). Once the gel is dry, apply the Foil to the area where you want to create your design. To finish the decoration, apply a layer of Top Coat and dry it again under a lamp.
